It seems like new restaurants pop up in Milwaukee every day, but few manage to stay as true to their 'Sconnie roots as Grate Modern Mac & Cheese. As lead copywriter, my job was to use its website as a way to tell the Grate story in mouthwatering detail. Oozing with puns and pride, the result built anticipation (and whet appetites) for what has proven to be a successful concept restaurant.
