ATM fees suck. You know it. I know it. And Cardtronics, the world's largest ATM operator, knows it. As creative strategist and lead writer, I worked to create a style and approach that would appeal to Millennials, the target demographic for its membership-based product, ATMpass. The resulting quirky, twee soft-sell videos work in concert to connect the product with the people who can best benefit from its services.
